• Prepare multiple state sales tax returns
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with month-end close process
• Fixed asset management
• Track and assist with gathering budget and forecasting data
• Support Accounting team and Controller
• Ad hoc management reporting
• Special projects as needed and additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
One or more years of relevant accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLookups, etc.
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
Willingness and eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
