Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with our Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and cross-functional teams to understand software requirements, develop technical specifications, and translate business needs into actionable development plans.
• Partner with the Project Manager to estimate level of effort, define timing, and identify high-level tasks for each initiative, ensuring accurate project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web applications with a focus on clean and efficient code.
• Utilize strong SQL skills to design and optimize database schemas and queries/stored procedures.
• Implement responsive and visually appealing web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Incorporate Vue.js (React experience accepted) to build interactive components and enhance user experiences.
• Utilize C# and dotnet Web API to develop back-end functionality and RESTful services.
• Work within Visual Studio and/or VS Code to ensure smooth coding and debugging processes.
• Create and consume REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration between different parts of the application.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph is essential.
• Experience working with Azure for cloud-based deployment efforts.
• Experience with Postman (or equivalent) and handling JSON (or occasionally SOAP/XML) requests for testing and API interactions.
• Collaborate in the evaluation and integration of new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Senior Software Engineer

Data Scientist

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of 7–10 data scientists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Establish best practices for modeling, code quality and reproducibility across engagements
• Drive the development of new analytical frameworks, tools and reusable assets
• Oversee end-to-end data science workstreams across multiple client engagements
• Ensure rigor, scalability and business relevance of all models and analyses
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
• Own and evolve core methodologies across areas such as customer targeting, segmentation, cross-sell, churn prevention, forecasting/quota optimization and marketing performance optimization
• Develop and apply machine learning models (e.g., unsupervised and supervised learning, time series, NLP-based approaches) to solve GTM challenges
• Explore and integrate emerging AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, automation, augmentation tools) into client solutions and internal workflows
• Partner with consulting leaders to support business development efforts as a technical expert
• Participate in client meetings, proposals and solution design as a “secondary seller”
• Translate client needs into scalable analytical approaches and differentiated offerings
