Work closely with our cross-mission focused program offices and customers to translate their program needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks.
Represent the Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department as a technical authority in your area(s) of expertise.
Independently lead and contribute to technical analysis projects to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent team deliveries.
Exercise your expertise in understanding, modeling, and analyzing enterprise-level integrated missions.
Develop and present briefings and reports for program offices and customers.
Mentor junior staff members on technical and professional development subjects and contribute to a learning environment where it is encouraged to share ideas and feedback.
Travel occasionally as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (aerospace, astronautical, mechanical, or software), computer science, physics, operations research, or closely related technical field from an accredited school.
8 or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience, including multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments.
Technical understanding of space operations, red vs blue simulations, military utility and capability drawdown, kill chain effectiveness, enterprise architecture resiliency, and/or command and control (C2).
Advanced experience with Python and C++.
Demonstrated high level of creativity, initiative, and self-motivation.
Ability to work on dynamic assignments and adapt to changing customer expectations.
Collaboration skills for integrating across organizational boundaries and with multiple customers to drive impactful, end-to-end solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication skills.
Current Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
