About the role

  • Assist the Director PM in managing digital campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and milestones to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, social media, content, design, development) to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
  • Take meeting notes, document action items, and follow up on tasks.
  • Attend client calls and meetings to support the Director PM by taking notes and learn best practices.
  • Help prepare presentation decks
  • Build strong internal and external relationships by maintaining clear, professional communication.
  • Suggest workflow enhancements to improve campaign efficiency and client experience.
  • Learn and maintain agency project management systems and tools.
  • Receive mentorship from senior project managers to develop campaign strategy and client management skills.
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller campaigns and clients.
  • Transition into a full Project Manager role with your own client portfolio over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or marketing (agency experience required).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, Basecamp, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn across multiple channels.
