About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, software development initiatives, and bespoke integrations
Drive planning, resource management, financial tracking, and overall project governance to achieve delivery targets and customer satisfaction goals
Lead weekly project and customer meetings, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and financials
Chair steering committee meetings and provide regular executive-level reporting
Partner with technical, development, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate with the PMO/Program Management on timelines, resourcing, and issue resolution
Ensure project documentation, milestones, and sign-offs are completed in line with established methodology
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements, upsell, or cross-sell during project delivery
Act as a mentor and role model to junior Project Managers, supporting team development and best practice sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of project management experience in software delivery, ERP implementations, or related Professional Services environments
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects through full lifecycle delivery
Strong financial management skills, including project budgets, burn rates, and resource allocations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Residence within the Eastern or Central time zones
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Experience implementing COINS, other construction ERP software, or comparable enterprise applications preferred
Familiarity with software consulting or professional services organizations preferred
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
