About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, software development initiatives, and bespoke integrations
  • Drive planning, resource management, financial tracking, and overall project governance to achieve delivery targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Lead weekly project and customer meetings, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and financials
  • Chair steering committee meetings and provide regular executive-level reporting
  • Partner with technical, development, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with the PMO/Program Management on timelines, resourcing, and issue resolution
  • Ensure project documentation, milestones, and sign-offs are completed in line with established methodology
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements, upsell, or cross-sell during project delivery
  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior Project Managers, supporting team development and best practice sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of project management experience in software delivery, ERP implementations, or related Professional Services environments
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects through full lifecycle delivery
  • Strong financial management skills, including project budgets, burn rates, and resource allocations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Residence within the Eastern or Central time zones
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
  • Experience implementing COINS, other construction ERP software, or comparable enterprise applications preferred
  • Familiarity with software consulting or professional services organizations preferred
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members preferred
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
