About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver engaging training sessions on the Guestline Property Management System (PMS), predominantly onsite during customer implementations, with occasional remote training.
- Tailor your approach to a wide range of users, including reception, housekeeping, reservations, events, accounts and management teams.
- Configure Guestline solutions, including GuestStay, GuestPay and GuestVoucher, to meet customer requirements and support successful implementations.
- Work closely with customers, project managers, internal teams and third-party providers to test, validate and prepare systems for go-live, including integrations with distribution, electronic point of sale (EPOS) and restaurant booking systems.
- Partake in customer demonstrations and adhoc training session delivery on the system.
- Provide expert guidance, demonstrations and ongoing support to help customers onboard successfully and get the best value from their Access Hospitality solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with hotel property management systems such as Guestline PMS, OPERA, Mews, Agilysys or similar hospitality software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Understanding of networking concepts, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and Active Directory.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and PowerShell, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
