Implementation Manager
The Access GroupImplementation Manager leading software projects for Access Group. Creating project plans, managing risks, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, creating and managing project plans, tracking risks and issues, and keeping customers informed and engaged throughout.
- Run customer workshops to capture requirements, map processes and confirm outcomes, setting and managing realistic expectations at every stage.
- Deliver confident presentations and training sessions — both remotely and on-site — tailored to different audiences and levels of system knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams and third parties to coordinate dependencies, manage scope and change control, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working within the recruitment and/or HR sector
- Familiarity with SaaS software platforms, particularly ATS or HRIS solutions
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required for occasional client site visits and overnight stays)
