About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the Product Manager to shape ideas and help build a clear roadmap for the Nexus platform.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria so engineers know exactly what to build.
Gather feedback from customers and colleagues across teams like sales, customer success and marketing, and turn this into practical insights.
Support sprint activities such as stand-ups, refinement sessions and reviews, helping keep work on track and stepping in when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a product, business analysis or customer-focused role, ideally within software as a service (SaaS), fintech or payments.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working, such as Scrum or Kanban
Confidence writing user stories or a strong desire to develop this skill quickly.
An interest in payments, application programming interfaces (APIs) and connected services, along with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Aha.
