Marketing Programs Manager – NPE

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, email marketing, events and webinars, and content syndication
- Support planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital and events, to generate high-quality leads
- Help organise and run events such as webinars and trade shows, including promotion, logistics and follow-up with prospects
- Create and manage marketing content like emails, social posts and landing pages, ensuring messaging stays clear and consistent
- Work with sales to manage leads, track campaign performance and keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within technology or software environments
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot, and working with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, with confidence creating clear and engaging content across email, social and web
- An organised and data-led approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and use insights to improve performance
