Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach and develop a team of account managers, helping them grow their accounts and hit their targets
- Set and deliver a clear plan to grow revenue across existing hospitality customers through cross-sell and account expansion
- Track performance, manage pipeline and forecasting, and use insights to improve results
- Work closely with teams such as customer success and marketing to create joined-up plans that improve customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading high-performing sales or account management teams within software or technology environments
- Strong understanding of retention, upsell and cross-sell within an existing customer base
- Experience using customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts
- Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry and how technology supports customers in these sectors
