About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of account managers, helping them grow their accounts and hit their targets
  • Set and deliver a clear plan to grow revenue across existing hospitality customers through cross-sell and account expansion
  • Track performance, manage pipeline and forecasting, and use insights to improve results
  • Work closely with teams such as customer success and marketing to create joined-up plans that improve customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading high-performing sales or account management teams within software or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of retention, upsell and cross-sell within an existing customer base
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry and how technology supports customers in these sectors
