About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full renewal journey for a portfolio of strategic, high‑value customers
  • Lead clear, consultative renewal conversations with senior and C‑level stakeholders, focusing on value and long‑term partnership
  • Manage complex, multi‑year contract renewals, working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support to remove obstacles
  • Use customer insight, product usage and business goals to forecast renewals accurately and share best practice across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with enterprise or private equity‑backed customers in a business‑to‑business software environment
  • 5-7 years managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios
  • Confidence navigating commercial contract structures and higher‑risk renewal scenarios
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to guide renewal decisions
  • An interest in mentoring others and sharing practical approaches to complex renewals
