About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find and qualify new opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Manage your own sales pipeline, working towards personal targets and contributing to wider team goals
- Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through referrals and product expansion
- Keep your customer activity and forecasts up to date using our customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) sales environment
- Confidence running the full sales process, from first conversation to close
- An understanding of the hospitality or food and beverage sector
- A proactive approach to learning and developing your sales skills
