About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Find and qualify new opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, working towards personal targets and contributing to wider team goals
  • Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through referrals and product expansion
  • Keep your customer activity and forecasts up to date using our customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) sales environment
  • Confidence running the full sales process, from first conversation to close
  • An understanding of the hospitality or food and beverage sector
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing your sales skills
