Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the North American marketing strategy — from brand awareness through to pipeline generation and customer expansion.
  • Drive the Access Hospitality story in the US market.
  • Build an AI-first marketing engine.
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline — ABM, demand generation, and a GTM approach that's tightly integrated with the commercial team.
  • Lead and develop a lean, high-performing team.
  • Influence the global marketing agenda.
  • Sit at the North American Leadership table.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently operating at Director level in a B2B SaaS or technology business
  • Track record of building demand in a complex, multi-product or multi-brand environment
  • Hands-on experience across the full marketing mix: content, digital, events, ABM, product marketing
  • Experience in hospitality technology, F&B, or adjacent verticals is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with modern martech stacks (CRM, MAP, intent data, analytics)
  • Must be fluent in English
