Account Manager – Hospitality
The Access GroupAccount Manager handling customer relationships and sales cycles in hospitality sector. Building strong relationships and managing accounts for Access hospitality products.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with your customers
- Manage the full sales cycle within your accounts
- Use your knowledge of hotel systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Work closely with teams across Access to deliver the right outcomes for each customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience using or an interest in learning structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Confidence working to targets and creating your own sales plan
- Experience forecasting sales activity and keeping information accurate
- Confidence demonstrating software products both remotely and in person
