About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building strong relationships that support retention, satisfaction and account growth.
- Identify and develop expansion and upsell opportunities, shaping clear strategies that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Manage the full sales process, from requests for information and proposals through presentations, negotiation and contracting.
- Ensure a smooth handover to our projects team once a sale is complete, staying involved to support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of business-to-business customer accounts, with a focus on retention and growth.
- Experience selling digital software solutions, ideally in a software-as-a-service environment.
- Preferably experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- A consultative, persuasive approach, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and practical way.
