About the role
- Design and execute content strategies that guide HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders through the autonomous buying journey
- Create high‑impact content assets—including pillar pages, comparison guides, research reports, ROI tools, landing pages, case studies, and demo-focused assets
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital/PPC, Sales Enablement, Creative, ABM, and Demand Generation teams
- Measure and optimise content performance, refresh high‑value pages, repurpose long‑form assets, and respond quickly to market triggers
Requirements
- Strong editorial capability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands‑on experience with SEO, web traffic analysis, and GEO
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
- Experience in B2B SaaS/HCM content marketing, ideally with exposure to HR technology, ABM strategies, competitive positioning, and multi-channel content distribution
