About the role

  • Achieve sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy
  • Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products
  • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth project handovers
  • Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B field sales and account management roles in the UK
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience in a large or multi-national IT/Technology company
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships and co-operation with colleagues and clients
  • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty
  • Excellent technology skills specifically with Microsoft Office; Salesforce; Social Selling; Market mapping
