About the role

  • Interview customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for streamlining their experience
  • Use AI tools to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations
  • Translate feedback into actionable product requirements for the engineering team
  • Set up and maintain software/product processes that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering and communicating customer feedback
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development
  • Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
  • Work on a flexible, project-based workload and provide input on UI/UX improvements

Requirements

  • solid product management and project management experience
  • familiar with product management methodologies and market research approaches
  • communicate clearly and can work directly with customers
  • proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • experience with AI tools, especially Claude
  • understand how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder
  • understanding of how AI systems work and can converse with data scientists and ML engineers
  • comfortable with AI systems being probabilistic, not deterministic
  • don't need to write code but appreciate technical constraints and possibilities
