About the role
- Owning the product backlog with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Liaison between Development team and users, interpreting requirements clearly.
- Contributing to the management of the product backlog, ensuring visibility and prioritizing user stories.
- Collaborating closely with the Development/UI team in scrum meetings, providing feedback, and setting sprint goals.
Requirements
- Strong experience across all aspects of Local Authority Education services.
- Good understanding of Product Ownership techniques, Healthcare/Local Government market drivers.
- Excellent organizational skills, structured and evidence-based decision making, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving focus, and ability to prioritize product backlogs.
- Understanding of commercial factors affecting decision making; product ownership experience is desirable but not essential.
