Key responsibilities & impact

Build and launch Sky's social media presence in Brazil from the ground up, owning our social media and community channels and developing a locally relevant content strategy that reflects Brazilian culture and trends
Build and nurture Sky's Brazilian community - engaging players daily, fostering connection, and growing our local fanbase
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with Brazilian creators and influencers, from micro to mid-tier, across gaming, art, and lifestyle verticals
Collaborate with our global performance marketing team to support UA campaigns with locally resonant creative assets
Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager and the broader team to plan and execute activations around key seasonal moments
Attend and represent Sky at local fandom and gaming events (ComicCon Brazil, Anime Friends) as the brand's on-the-ground ambassador
Report on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and growth signals, feeding insights back to the global team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in social media management, community management, creator marketing - ideally in gaming, entertainment, or a youth-facing brand
Deep fluency in Brazilian internet culture, gaming communities, and social platforms - you know what resonates on Brazilian TikTok and Instagram
Experience working with creators and influencers, from relationship building to campaign execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency required for collaboration with our global team
A genuine passion for Sky or games like it — emotional, artistic, community-driven experiences
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment while staying deeply connected to the global team
Experience with performance marketing or UA campaigns is a plus
