About the role

  • Define, execute, and refine project and personnel strategy
  • Oversee multiple product teams and manage test leads
  • Implement and maintain best practices for testing methodologies
  • Oversee the architecture and implementation of test automation frameworks
  • Work closely with engineering, design, production, and other departments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all QA matters
  • Manage submission and certification processes for console platforms

Requirements

  • Masters in CS (or related degree) or 5+ years experience in a live service engineer role
  • Minimum of 10+ years in video game quality assurance or engineering
  • Proven experience successfully shipping multiple titles
  • Experience in SaaS products
  • Proficiency with bug tracking and test case management tools
  • Ability to oversee engineering and scripting efforts
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for games and a strong commitment to quality.
