About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver capital projects across the Glasgow site and support MOD/business‑funded construction activity as part of a supportive, cross‑functional team.
Implement the Group Real Estate strategy by optimising assets and ensuring strong governance, processes and reporting.
Lead risk, budget and programme management while maintaining a UK‑wide risk register and promoting a transparent, “no surprises” culture.
Support PACE and SSNA bid work packages across Cheadle and Templecombe.
Manage tendering and compliance from employer requirements through to design and construction tender processes.
Ensure smooth project handover with full compliance to stakeholder, legislative and contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in capital and construction projects — ideally full RIBA lifecycle, with MOD/defence exposure an advantage.
Strong project management capability with substantial in regulated or manufacturing environments.
Clear, confident communication and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
Skills in risk, budget and programme control with proficiency in project management tools.
H&S certification (IOSH/NEBOSH) and experience in facilities, installation or commissioning projects.
Flexibility to travel across UK sites when needed, with a valid driving licence.
