Key responsibilities & impact

Help organisations protect their most critical systems and infrastructure by making application and data security a strategic business priority.
Own the commercial strategy and drive the growth of Thales’s data and application product suite as part of our Cyber Security Products division.
Lead a motivated team and work closely with regional leadership, marketing, and product management to drive local sales strategy.
Strengthen customer and partner engagement, and build a strong pipeline for sustained success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A track record in enterprise IT sales, underpinned by selling experience of Information Security solutions such as application security, encryption, data protection, or key management.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within enterprise, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, with strong relationships and credibility at the senior level.
Experienced in building and leading high-performing sales teams, setting ambitious targets, developing talent, and fostering a culture of success.
Skilled in working with channel partners, energising collaborations, managing joint pipelines, and delivering results together.
Comfortable working in global environments, able to navigate resources and align diverse stakeholders behind regional goals.
