About the role

  • Become familiar with and understand existing solutions, their features, and the contexts in which they are used; identify strengths and areas for improvement in our products
  • Understand the objectives and proposed features of new solutions: operational context, user profiles, user journeys, needs and operational constraints
  • Define key structural decisions and product specifications (data inventory, user stories, user flows, personas, etc.); define the information architecture and produce wireframes and prototypes
  • Set up and track the implementation schedule
  • Participate in collaborative, multidisciplinary design workshops
  • Define and conduct user testing campaigns

Requirements

  • Currently studying Design, Ergonomics, or Cognitive Sciences and seeking a 2- to 3-year apprenticeship as part of a Master's-level program (Bac+5)
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies, competitive and technology benchmarking, and usability testing
  • Familiarity with core ergonomics principles (both UI and physical ergonomics) and information architecture
  • Experience with UX/UI tools for wireframing and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Penpot, Adobe XD, Sketch) and collaborative tools (Miro, Klaxoon, Trello or equivalents)
  • Knowledge of the design thinking process (research, ideation, prototyping, testing) and project management methods (Agile: Scrum, Kanban) or traditional approaches (V-model, Waterfall)
  • Experience processing surveys and polling data and performing statistical analyses
  • Proficiency with motion design tools, 3D modeling, and illustration creation, notably the Adobe suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Substance 3D) or equivalents
  • English level sufficient for easy written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to explore new topics across diverse domains
  • Good listening skills, interpersonal sense and empathy to understand end users' challenges and needs
  • Rigor, strong organizational skills and the ability to formalize work outputs
