About the role
- Contribute to defining the proposal strategy
- Lead the development of a competitive proposal
- Support the sales teams in promoting our solution
- Negotiate contractual clauses with our clients
- Ensure consistency and follow-up of Thales' proposals and all pre-contractual commitments to the client
- Act as guarantor of adherence to product policy and the proposal expenses budget. International travel may be required.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Engineering degree) in Telecommunications
- At least 10 years' experience in Defense and/or Industry, in roles related to proposals/bids, engineering and/or program management
- Comfortable in technical environments with strong knowledge of telecommunications (radio technology, secure connectivity, Information Systems)
- Good command of English
