About the role

  • Contribute to defining the proposal strategy
  • Lead the development of a competitive proposal
  • Support the sales teams in promoting our solution
  • Negotiate contractual clauses with our clients
  • Ensure consistency and follow-up of Thales' proposals and all pre-contractual commitments to the client
  • Act as guarantor of adherence to product policy and the proposal expenses budget. International travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Engineering degree) in Telecommunications
  • At least 10 years' experience in Defense and/or Industry, in roles related to proposals/bids, engineering and/or program management
  • Comfortable in technical environments with strong knowledge of telecommunications (radio technology, secure connectivity, Information Systems)
  • Good command of English
