About the role
- Bid Support SA for domain expertise if applicable
- Validate the customized products, components and E2E solution
- Support IVVQM for the definition of the validation and integration strategy
- Work with IVVQM in the acceptance test plan and test case writing
- Cooperate with developers to reproduce, identify and isolate the issues
- Maintain the validation environment and configurations
- Write project administration and operation documents based on product documents
- Follow up support tickets with the team
- Accumulate knowledges to be an expert in the organization
- Get training of product and the IVVQ assets
- Continuous improve the IVVQ efficiency with IVVQM and the team together
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or computer science
- Significant experience in your field of expertise
- Demonstrated experience with test cases creation, test execution, test tools and test systems
- Proven experience with the process of software development and validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish
- Previous knowledge or work experience in Biometric systems, border and travel domain, test automation, software development process, or hardware components.
