Requirements
- Experience in defense and/or aerospace
- Proficient in systems engineering and in Waterfall, V-model, and Agile processes
- Proven manager, leader and coach
- Knowledge of model-based development, simulation, IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification), RAMST, and pyrotechnics
- Strong customer orientation
- Autonomy, teamwork, proactive mindset, and the ability to drive project and people success
