About the role

  • Helping with seminars and webinars to create a sense of belonging of the Engineering community.
  • Helping spread awareness about Engineering craftsmanship, digital culture, learning in Engineering by connecting to the greater Thales and through digital tools such as SharePoint.
  • Finding and helping create engaging digital content on Engineering in the Americas leveraging on what exists at group level, and also in the industry in the Americas.
  • Researching and analyzing ideas from external Digital Transformation and Engineering events and proposing ways in which Thales can benefit from them.
  • Work closely with the entire Digital Communication team to share expertise, develop joint projects, and propose the best interfacing between the Digital Communication services.
  • Support the digitization of data for Engineering and the build the dashboard that will help the decisions makers.

Requirements

  • You are in your last year of study in a Business School or Engineering school with a strong interest for communication or equivalent.
  • You thrive on connecting with others and enjoy building engaged communities.
  • You have a high interest in Engineering and Digital transformation.
  • You are a curious and self-motivated individual who enjoys learning.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English and have knowledge of French and Spanish.
  • You have knowledge in data analysis and visualization using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Other skills/experience that are a preference, You have a degree in Engineering.
  • You are fluent in French and Spanish.
  • You have knowledge of Portuguese.
