About the role
- Apply leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of the project (or projects).
- Monitor and control the performance of the programme using effective planning methodologies and appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report at senior business level on the performance of project and bid delivery.
- Ensure a programme-wide strategy and vision is developed, maintained and well-communicated.
- Provide strategic organisational, market and business context to drive the successful outcomes of the projects.
Requirements
- Evidence of the development and flow down of successful project management strategies in a complex multi-faceted organisation.
- Evidence of the ability to lead the delivery of successful complex projects.
- Working effectively as part of a strategic business management team.
- Team leadership.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management.
- Native Ukrainian & English fluent is required.
- Security clearance will be required.
