About the role
- Prepare interventions: analyze malfunctions, provide diagnostics, and help define the intervention plan within your area of responsibility
- Verify the availability of resources and safety plans
- Perform on-site interventions at customer sites: take full or partial responsibility for the customer’s system; execute scheduled troubleshooting interventions in accordance with maintenance documents while ensuring adherence to planned timelines; keep the customer and the Thales project team regularly informed of progress; carry out specific tests to validate correct operation; write intervention reports; provide technical advice to customers; deliver or contribute to training of customer personnel
- Participate in back-office activities: attend debrief meetings at the end of assignments; analyze technical issues and contribute to product improvements in collaboration with relevant departments; help improve maintenance documentation and support deployment of digital solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Armenian (native language or first language)
- Proficiency in English or French is required
- Significant experience in industrial maintenance with strong skills in electronics and electrical engineering
- Hold a technical diploma (DUT/BTS) or an engineering degree with substantial Field Service experience working with customers
- Experience in analysis, system expertise and maintenance with on-site customer visits
- Strong report-writing skills for service and technical reports
- Knowledge of mechatronics (electronics / electrical engineering / mechanics)
- Recognized for interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
