About the role

  • Leads the definition, implementation and monitoring of TC&D (Technical Consultant & Delivery) processes
  • Ensures TC&D processes are aligned with the MCS market and comply with Thales Industrial Quality and Security requirements
  • Guarantees the industrialization of OS to ensure the quality and safety of product deliveries
  • Drives continuous process improvement and the integration of new SIM/eSIM features
  • Improves the efficiency of the TC&D organization, from defining internal requirements to validating customer requirements
  • Organizes communication and rollout of processes to TC&D members
  • Works closely with TC&D interfaces (BE - Engineering, CS - Customer Support, Products/Solutions, Industrialization, Sales, Customers)

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or a Master's in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science
  • 3 years' experience within MCS organizations (TC&D, Product Lines or Verticals), or 7 years' experience in a similar role
  • Project / Product / Program management
  • Knowledge of MCS / TC&D processes
  • Cryptography and ability to read and interpret technical specifications
  • Understanding of MCS technical consultants' activities
  • Ability to synthesize information, management by influence, organizational skills, autonomy, communication, customer orientation, multi-tasking ability, networking skills
