About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain features across Auth, Billing, and core Business Logic — the systems every customer and team member touches.
- Own self-serve improvements that reduce friction for users and reduce load on internal teams.
- Work on the Admin Panel and internal tooling — interfaces that make the team faster and the product more operable.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to scope, build, and ship across the full stack.
- Identify gaps in reliability or user experience and fix them without waiting to be asked.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years building product across the full stack — you've shipped things that real users use.
- Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend — you write UI that works well and holds up under real usage.
- Solid backend experience in Python or Node.js — you're comfortable with APIs, databases, and the logic that sits between them.
- PostgreSQL or equivalent — you model data thoughtfully and understand the tradeoffs.
- You've worked on Auth or Billing systems before and understand why they require more care than a typical CRUD feature.
- You take ownership end-to-end: design decisions, edge cases, production incidents, and everything in between.
- Fluent English — the broader team is in New York and collaboration is daily.
