About the role
- Support for the Sales Manager and independent communication with customers via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, telephone and personal visits
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations, contracts and price enquiries; definition of delivery and packaging terms in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Recording, confirmation and management of orders including adjustments, amendments and cancellations
- Maintenance of customer and item master data in the ERP and CRM systems
- Recording and tracking of project data, creation of sample orders and coordination of project progress
- Management of customer documentation and handling of complaints, credit notes and export controls in coordination with the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or a comparable commercial qualification
- Initial experience in inside sales is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office applications and ideally experience working with ERP systems
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills combined with organizational ability and a high level of team orientation complete your profile
