Marketing

• Structured planning, management and implementation of marketing projects across print, digital, events and trade shows
• Prioritization and allocation of tasks within the team
• Close coordination with product management, sales and external partners to ensure transparent information flow and consistent brand communication
• Support in executing design-related tasks, including layout and visual storytelling, and ensuring quality and brand consistency in day-to-day communications
• Leadership, motivation and development of a three-person marketing team
• Capacity planning, task distribution and onboarding of new colleagues to foster a positive team culture
• Conceptualization, planning and execution of targeted campaigns and marketing activities
• Support in organizing and coordinating trade show appearances, events and customer events
