About the role
- Operating one of the market-leading gateway administration systems
- Supporting energy utilities during the commissioning and troubleshooting of smart metering systems
- Assisting with digital work order creation and with order processing in our app (iOS, Android)
- Analyzing software issues and supporting the identification of solutions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development), IT Systems Management Clerk, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Technician, or Electronics Technician
- Ideally, initial professional experience in IT support and in customer-facing roles
- Preferably IT knowledge (software and hardware) in the areas of networking, mobile communications, and meter technology
- Experience with ticketing systems desirable
- Very good German language skills (C1) spoken and written
