About the role
- Committed stakeholder management and ongoing relationship maintenance with landowners, municipal representatives, and cooperation partners
- Negotiation and conclusion of usage agreements for site areas, cable corridors and access routes, as well as compensatory areas
- Negotiation of urban development agreements
- Organization and leadership of information events for landowners, residents and municipal representatives
- Documentation and reporting of project progress
Requirements
- Vocational training in planning, technical or commercial fields and extensive professional experience in land acquisition for renewable energy projects in Germany
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience negotiating usage agreements for greenfield projects; ideally also experience with repowering projects
- Experience in securing land and route rights, including obtaining consents from public authorities
- Poise, strong communication skills, negotiation aptitude and cost awareness
- Independent, structured and proactive working style, plus team orientation and high commitment
- Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel nationwide (up to 50% of working time)
