About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of Commerce and Content systems
- Designing and executing manual test cases
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites
- Perform thorough manual testing (functional, regression and smoke) and accurately document test results and test coverage metrics
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Accurately identify, log, prioritize, and track defects to provide clear and concise reports to the development team
- Work closely and proactively with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and embed quality practices throughout the SDLC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in software quality assurance for enterprise-level applications
- Proficient with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
- Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman or REST
- Experience with responsive and native mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
