About the role
- Design and develop high-quality datasets consisting of complex, expert-level questions that require multi-step reasoning and domain knowledge.
- Create accurate, well-supported answers that demonstrate correct reasoning and effective use of external knowledge sources.
- Develop clear, detailed evaluation of rubrics to assess answer quality, correctness, and reasoning depth.
- Define, incorporate complex tools, and function calls, including web search, document retrieval, data analysis, and calculations.
- Ensure factual accuracy, logical consistency, and methodological soundness across all dataset components.
- Curate diverse tasks spanning multiple domains, difficulty levels, and reasoning styles.
- Validate and refine datasets through testing and iteration to ensure reliability and evaluation effectiveness.
- Document dataset structure, assumptions, and processes to support reuse, scalability, and future development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Proven record of accomplishment in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Solid understanding of corporate finance principles
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Skilled in variance analysis, trend analysis, and KPI reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA)
