About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day management of Instagram and TikTok channels across multiple hospitality brands
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines
  • Capture and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice
  • Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations, and content visits
  • Monitor social media trends, community engagement, and content performance
  • Support photography briefs and attend on-site photoshoots
  • Develop and capture in-house content, including Reels and TikToks
  • Attend occasional out-of-hours events and launches to capture content and support marketing activity
  • Write and create email campaigns and conduct local community outreach
  • Build databases through data collection and competitions
  • Circulate monthly promotions trackers and notifications to internal teams
  • Maintain marketing trackers and manage weekly reservations and covers reporting
  • Support monthly marketing reports tracking activity, campaigns, and portfolio performance
  • Attend internal meetings and provide updates on marketing activity and campaigns
  • Brief artwork and collaborate with the graphics team on creative assets
  • Create marketing materials and presentations
  • Ensure print collateral is delivered on time and cost-effectively
  • Update website changes, menus, pricing, and photography
  • Maintain Google Business Profiles and third-party listings with accurate menus, imagery, offers, opening hours, and venue information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for hospitality and keeping up with food and beverage trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Canva and basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Edits
  • Experience creating content and managing social media channels preferred
  • Experience using Shopify, WordPress, and Sprout preferred
  • Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role preferred
