About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Procore administration, including permissions, templates, workflows, and user access
- Set up new projects and guide project management teams through proper Procore establishment
- Provide Procore training and troubleshooting for PMs, superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings/specifications, and document control
- Support commitments, change orders, invoices, budgets, and financial reporting
- Build reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with Accounting, Project Controls, Operations, and project managers
- Improve workflows and maintain data accuracy across all projects
- Potentially help lead future Procore–NetSuite–safety software integrations
- Travel to jobsites, usually in Texas, and provide jobsite support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on Procore experience with admin-level understanding
- Background as a Procore Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Advanced Procore User
- Working knowledge of Super Admin rights, permissions, project configuration, templates, and reporting
- Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, commitments, budgets, and job-cost concepts within Procore
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time, usually to Texas
- Procore Project Management and Financial Management required
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, NetSuite, and safety software are a plus
- Procore Certification is a plus, not required
- Must be a local candidate in Louisiana
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- C2C arrangements and third-party submissions are not accepted
