About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct community outreach and health screenings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
  • Must live in Staten Island, NY or within a few mile radius
  • Passion for community health and helping underserved populations
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Comfortable with outreach, home visits, and public presentations
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn multiple systems quickly
  • Healthcare, social services, community outreach, or customer-facing experience preferred
