About the role
- Grow and manage your own book of business through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building
- Visit clients onsite to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive both new business and reactivation of lapsed accounts
- Convert inbound leads into revenue
- Sell a broad portfolio: ~60% stock boxes, ~40% custom packaging
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing, processing, and delivery
- Own the full sales cycle—from first call to long-term account management
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales success with a strong hunter mentality
- 3+ years in packaging or a closely related industry
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings
