About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Get every ISC to understand and confidently sell the Teya value proposition
  • Train ISCs on our process and tools until they're fluent, confident users
  • Instil the standard from day one: the right customers, priced correctly
  • Take ISCs from wherever they start to a point where they can hold their own in front of a customer
  • Deliver engaging, high-energy cohort sessions that ISCs actively want to attend
  • Tailor what you teach to what each group in front of you actually needs
  • Run focused 1:1 sessions that build individual capability, sharpen skills, and keep ISCs moving
  • Spot who's finding their feet and who's struggling, and adjust your support accordingly
  • Be a motivating, encouraging presence ISCs want in their corner
  • Give every ISC a strong reason to invest in Teya for the long term
  • Work closely with recruitment to give feedback on the ISCs coming through
  • Partner with the Sales Managers on a clean handover

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling payment solutions or merchant services – preferred not required
  • A genuine trainer and facilitator
  • Someone who can develop people one-to-one
  • Someone people buy into
  • Adaptable
  • Sound judgement
