About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Get every ISC to understand and confidently sell the Teya value proposition
- Train ISCs on our process and tools until they're fluent, confident users
- Instil the standard from day one: the right customers, priced correctly
- Take ISCs from wherever they start to a point where they can hold their own in front of a customer
- Deliver engaging, high-energy cohort sessions that ISCs actively want to attend
- Tailor what you teach to what each group in front of you actually needs
- Run focused 1:1 sessions that build individual capability, sharpen skills, and keep ISCs moving
- Spot who's finding their feet and who's struggling, and adjust your support accordingly
- Be a motivating, encouraging presence ISCs want in their corner
- Give every ISC a strong reason to invest in Teya for the long term
- Work closely with recruitment to give feedback on the ISCs coming through
- Partner with the Sales Managers on a clean handover
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling payment solutions or merchant services – preferred not required
- A genuine trainer and facilitator
- Someone who can develop people one-to-one
- Someone people buy into
- Adaptable
- Sound judgement
