About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist merchants through all communication channels to educate them about products and resolve requests
- Exceed customer expectations and make them feel cared for
- Provide support using phone, email, and online chat
- Act as the voice of customers to provide feedback and suggestions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and improve every day
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired, but not mandatory
