- Identify & Acquire New Customers
- Spot opportunities, generate your own leads, and bring new businesses into the Teya ecosystem.
- Ensure a Smooth Sales Process
- Own the sales cycle from start to finish. Keep things running efficiently and deliver results on time.
- Stay Organized & On Track
- Use our systems to manage your sales pipeline, follow up with customers, and keep everything in order.
- Keep Growing
- Stay up to date with industry trends and local market insights to support your performance and Teya’s growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in selling services (telecommunication, Saas, Fintech) is a plus
- Successful sales track record & customer portfolio retention
- Sales experience 4+ years
- You enjoy field-based work
- You build strong relationships and communicate with ease
- You’re goal-driven, organized, self-motivated and resourceful
- You’re tech-savvy and eager to grow
- Fluent in Croatian and confident in English
- You have a driver’s license
