About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Next-level support: handling the community via email and phone for complex inquiries (Second-Level) — always fast, friendly and with the goal of exceeding expectations.
- Process & tool optimization: using and improving the CRM system (HubSpot).
- AI training & self-service: advancing automation tools and creating FAQs.
- Interface management: serving as the central contact point for Operations, Logistics, Product and Marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years (min. 2–3 years) of solid professional experience in customer service or Customer Operations
- Strong affinity for digital tools and systems
- Experience with CRM and support systems (preferably HubSpot and Shopware)
- Confident, empathetic and solution-oriented communication — both written and on the phone
- Analytical and structured thinking: identifying recurring patterns in customer issues
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
