About the role

  • You will actively help build our data landscape — from defining and structuring new KPIs and developing new logic to shaping the data strategy.
  • You independently develop analyses, reports and dashboards in Power BI and distill complex topics into clear insights.
  • You write SQL queries effortlessly and understand the technical data pipeline — even if you are not a developer yourself.
  • You work closely with our data agency, understand the processes and proactively advocate for quality and continuous improvement.
  • You proactively engage with business teams, identify data needs early and develop ideas for how we can work better and more data-driven.
  • You run workshops, explain reports and empower our teams to work with data.
  • You ensure data quality and strategically evolve existing logic, interfaces and reporting.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or BI — ideally in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
  • You are proficient in SQL and ideally have experience with DAX & Power BI — you enjoy bringing clarity to complex data models.
  • You want to do more than build reports; you want to deliver real insights.
  • You work independently, think entrepreneurially and drive topics forward proactively.
  • You think in solutions, not problems — even when things are missing, unstable or come in all at once.
  • You communicate clearly, directly and constructively and enjoy inspiring others about data.
  • You want to shape, build and take ownership — both technically and strategically.
