Provides leadership for the Central Control Program Office
Ensures consistency, quality, and sustainability of process standards and controls across all lines of business
Drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide process governance frameworks
Strengthen compliance with firmwide policies and programs
Oversee continuous improvement initiatives within the risk management organization
