About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Calendar Management: scheduling, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Act as the main point of contact for managers, clients and other personnel within their assigned line of business and/or geography
  • Assist other AA’s as needed on broader corporate events and/or provide backup support to their line of business and/or geography
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on leaderships behalf
  • Prepare briefings, agendas and presentation decks as needed
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Calling candidates and scheduling/coordinating interviews based on managers availability
  • Book travel and process associated expense reports
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
