About the role
- Develop the Commercial Banking Client Reporting and Notifications product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision
- Set the direction for new Information Reporting and Notification services to deliver value to Texas Capital clients and fully commercialize these products
- Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success
- Proactively deliver insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes
- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making
- Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in the commercial online banking platform to provide additional product management support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years Treasury Product Management experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities
- Experience with Treasury Solutions products including Information Reporting, Payments and Receivables across multiple channels including online, mobile and API
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing vendors and FinTech’s
- Experience leading agile build teams
